2. What personal data we collect
We only collect personal data that you choose to give us, plus limited technical data needed to run and protect the website.
When you use our inquiry forms ("Schedule a Private Visit" and "Contact Concierge & Advisory"):
- full name
- email address
- phone number (optional, visit form only)
- how you heard about us (visit form)
- subject and message content
- the language and page from which you sent the form, and the date and time
Technical data, collected automatically:
- your IP address and basic browser and device information, which our hosting and security providers process to deliver the website and to block spam and abuse
- a one-way, salted hash of your IP address, kept for up to 2 days to limit how many inquiries can be sent from one connection; we cannot recover your IP address from it
We do not use advertising trackers, analytics cookies or social-media pixels, and we do not knowingly collect specific (sensitive) personal data. Please do not include such data in your message.

Inquiries are read only by our authorised sales, concierge and management staff. We may also disclose data where required by law or by a competent authority.
